Foundation programs for students in Qatar

A child struggling in Year 4 rarely has a Year 4 problem; the missing skill is usually two years older. Nova’s foundation programs look for the first skill that never finished, and build up from there.

Who is it for?

Children aged 6 to 10 in primary school: readers who stumble, children who still count on their fingers, and children who follow the lesson in class but lose it at homework time — and for parents who are told “he is weak” without being told where.

What the student learns

Each subject has its own ladder, and no student moves to a new skill before the one beneath it is secure.

How we teach

The program opens with a free placement test, then graded lessons using Nova’s own curriculum and student book, with movement between levels decided by mastery rather than by the calendar.

Why parents choose Nova

Because progress is written down and readable: parents see what their child has mastered and what is still missing, and follow lessons and invoices from the Nova Qa app and the website.
