The Nova Educational Center referral program is a simple way to share the good with people you care about: you refer a new student, they get a 10% discount on their first subscription, and you earn a reward calculated from the center's net earnings on that subscription. What is the referral program?
Every promoter gets a personal referral code of six characters starting with R, such as R7K3Q9. Give it to the person you refer; when registering at the center the new student tells reception the code, receives the discount, and the referral is recorded under your name. A promoter can be a parent, a Nova student, a staff member, or someone else the center approves.
How does it work?
- Request your code on the request page; we review it and contact you on your mobile to hand it over.
- Share it with the person you refer — you can send the code card together with the terms and conditions file.
- The new student mentions it to reception before completing registration, and the discount is applied to their first subscription.
- You earn your reward from what the student pays and the center earns, paid to you once it is due.
- Track it: percentages and amounts are calculated automatically by the center's "Nova ERP" system, and you can follow your code and earnings in the "Nova Qa" app.
Examples with numbers
These figures are illustrative only, and the rates shown are those currently in force (a specific promoter's rate may differ by special agreement).
Example 1: a regular referral
A subscription priced QAR 600. With the code the new student pays QAR 540 after the 10% discount. The center bears the referral discount; it is never taken from the teacher's pay. Suppose the teacher's pay for this subscription is QAR 250: the center net is 540 − 250 = QAR 290, and your reward is 10% of it = QAR 29.
Example 2: paying in instalments
If the student pays in instalments, the reward grows as payments are made and lessons are delivered; nothing is earned on money the student has not paid or the center has not yet earned. If a refund is made or an invoice cancelled, the reward drops accordingly.
Example 3: renewals and other programs
Did the student enroll in two programs on the same day the code was applied? The reward is calculated on both. Did they renew next month or join another program after that day? No reward for those — the reward is once, on the subscriptions of the referral day.
Example 4: the student chose another discount
The referral discount cannot be combined with a coupon or another discount. If the student picks another discount, the referral discount is not applied, but the student is still credited to you and you earn your reward on the same terms.
Example 5: teacher pay exceeds what was earned
The reward is calculated after teacher pay; if what was paid and earned does not cover the teacher's pay, the reward is zero until it does.

No. The referred student's data and payments are confidential; you are informed only of what is due to you.

Terms and conditions
1. Definitions
- "The Center": Nova Educational Center — Umm Salal Mohammed, State of Qatar.
- "The Promoter": the holder of a referral code — a parent, an enrolled student, a staff member, or another person approved by the Center.
- "The Referred Student": the new student registered at the Center by mentioning the promoter's code.
- "The Code": a personal code issued by the Center to the promoter, six characters starting with R.
- "Center Net": what the Center actually earns from the referred student's subscription after deducting the teacher's pay, calculated from what the student paid and the Center earned through confirmed lessons, as calculated by the Nova ERP system.
2. Conditions for the referred student's discount
- The student must be new, never previously subscribed to the Center and with no invoice issued by it.
- The code must be mentioned to reception at registration, before it is completed; it is not applied retroactively.
- The student receives a discount of 10% of the subscription base (the package price or the hours-contract value), once, on the subscription to which the code was applied, borne by the Center.
- The referral discount cannot be combined with a coupon or another discount; if the student chooses another discount, the referral discount is not applied and the student is still credited to the promoter, who earns the reward under Article 3.
- The discount does not apply to pay-per-lesson subscriptions, because their base is not determined at registration.
- A code is used once per student and cannot be transferred to another.
3. The promoter's reward
- The promoter earns 10% of the Center Net from the referred student's subscriptions registered on the day the code was applied, once.
- No reward is due on renewals, or on subscriptions or programs the student registers after that day.
- No reward is due on an amount the student has not paid or the Center has not yet earned; it grows as payments are made and lessons are delivered, and drops if an amount is refunded or an invoice is cancelled.
- The reward is calculated after the teacher's pay; it may be zero unless what was paid and earned covers the teacher's pay.
- A promoter's rate may be set by special agreement with the Center, in which case that rate applies.
- Rates and amounts are calculated automatically by the Center's "Nova ERP" system from the invoices, payments and lessons recorded in it, which is the reference for calculation. The promoter can follow their code and earnings in the "Nova Qa" app.
4. Paying the reward
- The reward due is paid on request to the Center by one of: credit on the student's account at the Center (for a student promoter or their parent) to pay the Center's fees; cash against a payment voucher; or with payroll for staff; an external promoter is paid in cash.
- Nothing is paid before it is due, and what is paid never exceeds what was actually earned.
- The Center may deduct any amount paid in excess of actual entitlement from the promoter's later dues.
5. Rules of use
- The code is personal to the promoter; it may not be sold or posted on coupon sites or public advertisements.
- A promoter may not refer themselves or their family members (those sharing the same parent), nor anyone who owns their phone or their parent's phone.
- Sham or non-serious registration, providing false information, or fraud voids the discount and reward and suspends the code.
- The Center may suspend any code at any time; this does not affect what was earned before suspension except in case of violation.
6. Privacy
- The referred student's data and payments are confidential and not disclosed to the promoter, who is informed only of what is due to them.
7. General provisions
- The Center has the final say in interpreting and applying these terms.
- The Center may amend the terms and rates or end the program; this applies to new referrals only, and what was applied before remains on its terms.
